'Everything Before That...' — Description
This is fanart for Baldur's Gate 2, one of my favorite games EVER. Keep in mind, I've done, like, 4 fanart pieces in my LIFETIME, and this is one of them, so, trust me when I say the game rawks my socks right off.

The image is of the character that you play (which you get to build yourself), surrounded by her enemies, and her closest ally.

The central figure is my character, Lilith, a Half-Elf Swashbuckler, with all the gear on her that she was carrying when I drew the picture.

The looming character in the big armor is Saravok, your half-brother, deceased since the end of the first game. You and he share the blood of Baal, God of Murder flowing through your veins. He appears in the second game only as an apparition within your own subconcious.

The man with the stitched-up face to the left is Irenicus, the main villain of the game. He is a cursed individual leading an un-life (hence the Frankenstein-ish appearance) which he hopes to sustain by stealing the essence of your God-blood and absorbing it.

The scantly-clad woman beneath him is Bodhi, his 'sister.' I still don't know whether they are actually related or not. (but, then again, I haven't finished the game, yet.) She's similarly cursed, although she revels in it, because she found a way to transform herself into a vampire, as well. She works with Irenicus to steal your essence, as well.

The sad-looking bust at the bottom is Imoen, your childhood friend. You were orphans at the same monastary/fortress/library thing, and grew up together. In the first game, she accompanies you on your quest. In the second, she is kidnapped by Irenicus as part of his plans, and you must find and rescue her before she can join you once again.

Because it's hard to read, the quote is "I remember coming through that door right there... everything before that is a little bit hazy." It's one of the better quotes in the game, when someone is grilling you to see whether or not you are a moral person, despite your evil heritage.
