I drew, she coloured, and then I added a background and she shaded and added the effects.

This is a scene that happens in Escaping Peril, in the prologue of the book, when Peril is just a baby dragonet and Ruby is watching this scene unfold in horror. Queen Scarlet forces baby Peril to hold one egg after another, burning the baby dragonets inside to a crisp while an audience of skywing gasps in horror. At one point, Baby Peril heads towards Queen Scarlet in confusion and Queen Scarlet freaks out and wards her off with a long pole to GET AWAY FROM HER. This is the scene I drew, though I could imagine that Queen Scarlet was a lot further away than this probably.
