Bloodstream... — Description

A more horror-themed supervillain as Halloween gets ever closer; this time exploring what happens when a supernatural being preys upon a world of super-powered humans, with neither civilians or metahumans - be it superheroes or supervillains - been safe from being "hunted".
Christine "Crisscross" Crossland was born in the late 1400s; discovering later that she had the power of "Chrono Vision" - a lesser form of Omniscience that allowed her to see the past, present and future of various individuals she had contact with.
This power allowed her to witness anything from a few minutes to decades into the future of the people she had physical contact with, thus allowing her to see all the possibilities of every choice people made and thus allowing her to ensure that her friends made positive life choices that would benefit them in the future; having seen the many negative paths that they could potentially take as a result of her power.
Her ability to see the various paths one could take led people to give her the nickname "Crisscross" - a combination of her first name and surname.

However, with some people fearing her power and with the ongoing witch hunts, Christine soon found herself on the run to avoid been arrested, put on trial and most likely tortured before been sentenced to death. However, on her own, stressed, hungry and burned out from the situation she was in, she failed to see what was going to happen to her; been targeted by a powerful vampiress named Cassandra who sought to use Christine's powers to benefit herself and her Vampire clan. As such, she ambushed Christine when she was at her most vulnerable and - in the usual way that Vampires do - proceeded to bite her on the neck; using her 'venom' to turn Christine into a Vampire.
Now a 'creature of the night', Christine found herself under Cassandra's "care"; the latter trying to pass herself off as a mother figure, although Christine's ability allowed her to see through Cassandra's lies. As such, Christine - having already grown tired of others treating her as a tool for their own success - decided to play Cassandra and her clan back; claiming that her power had diminished following her transformation and thus with Cassandra offering to try and help Christine by teaching her their clan's most potent gift - Blood Magic.
(In reality, Christine was pulling the same trick that Viviane had pulled on Merlin in the 'King Arthur' stories; taking advantage of his interest in her to get him to teach her all he knew about magic, only to use her newfound power to seal him away so he wouldn't bother her anymore).

Sure enough, Christine was able to learn everything she could about Blood Magic and everything she could do with it.
However, with her having learned everything she knew - while using her 'restored' Chrono Vision ability to lead Cassandra's clan down a path she knew would lead to their ruin - Christine was able to spring her trap; escaping into the night before using her powers to manipulate the village into attacking the clan's hideout during the daytime, when the clan were at their weakest, and with various items that Vampires were vulnerable against (such as garlic, silver, holy water, etc.) as well as setting fire to their hideout.
Sure enough, the clan were caught by surprise, overwhelmed and wiped out; Christine making her way on her own as she traveled the world, with her using her Blood Magic to gain some immunity to various Vampire weaknesses - such as sunlight and silver - and experiment with in various ways (such as forming blood into solid weapons) while learning various languages, combat skills and other abilities she felt she would need for the future, with her doing this for hundreds of years thanks to her immortal lifespan. As a natural side effect of this, she has lived under a variety of names and spent some time hibernating when she deemed it necessary.

It was at the end of a particular hibernation, however, when she woke up in the modern world; swapping her outdated attire for a new set of clothes (using her Blood Magic to 'acquire' the necessary money from a random citizen before 'acquiring' some of his blood to get her strength back) so she wouldn't stand out as she set to work learning more about this 'brave new world'.
To her surprise, Christine found out about the existence of super-powered humans - both superheroes and supervillains; a revelation that excited her over the possibility of experimenting with the blood of such individuals in order to gain their powers for herself, albeit temporarily for now as any ability she gained from the blood of other individuals in the past would only last for 24 hours of continuous usage.

Needless to say, Christine has set herself up as an enemy to all super-powered individuals - regardless of their status as heroes or villains - as she views them and all others as food or 'fuel'.
With her magic, Chrono Vision and centuries of combat skills, she is indeed a dangerous foe for anyone who crosses her or whom she goes after - even taking on a supervillain name of her own to 'fit in' with this new world as she now goes by the name "Bloodstream".
So, regardless of whether you're a human or metahuman, and regardless of whether you're predominantly good or evil, you're all one thing in the eyes of Bloodstream; prey...
Powers
Vampire Mage: Due to been trained by Cassandra, Christine/'Bloodstream' is much more powerful than a regular Vampire and has some immunity to certain Vampire weaknesses
Blood Magic: Her main offensive power, with her been able to manipulate blood in a variety of ways - including creating weapons, turning people into 'marionettes' via manipulating their blood, absorbing superpowers/abilities to use herself (on their own or combined with other powers) for up to 24 hours continuously, etc.
Chrono Vision: Able to see the past, present and future of those she touches - including seeing how their lives could have gone/could go depending on their choices. Sometimes combines with her blood magic to manifest alternate versions of her foes both as a way to physically attack her enemies (the copies having the same powers as the original) as well as been a form of psychological mockery to mess with her enemy's heads.
Combat/Weapon Mastery: As a result of training in various combat styles over hundreds of years (along with her natural abilities as a Vampire Mage), Christine is a proficient fighter and is skilled in a variety of weapons.
