Line Practice — Description

So I practice my linework and as you see I'm not that good at it. That's why I'm gonna share this and ask for any advice on how to improve in creating smoother lines.
I started to practice by drawing over the guide sheet which has lines in it but now I aim to pracitce without it.
If you're interested in this practice sheet go check out the website I downloaded it from: http://thefeatherartist.com/back-to-basics-a-drawing-exercise-for-all-skill-levels/
I would appreciate any advice since I pretty much have the feeling I ain't get any better. Have a nice weekend!
