Necessary? So if I don't have a EXPENSIVE-ASS tablet, I can't draw? D:

You can still do it without the use of a tablet, I think
I don't use a tablet on any of my drawings, but I do have one.
It just means that, if you use your mouse, 1. it takes longer and 2. sometimes the lines look a little shaky and it is a bit less precise
but it's all still do-able don't worry.

Haha :]
Do you mean, what is it,
or are you asking about the inner workings of it? xD I have no idea how it works exactly if that is what you mean.. :/

You like plug it into your computer, and it comes with a special pen type thing.
So you use the pen on the 'screen' and whatever you do with the pen acts like a mouse
And there are different pressures you can use with it, it's really accurate

Finally! A good lineart tutorial!! I always forget pen-pressure, and I always make my lines one fixed size. You've nailed the basics when it comes to this tutorial, and this should definitely help me in the future!

Gimp is what I like. Its easier to use, and its free...also you dont need a tablet. You just need patience and practice wtiha mouse/touch pad

My brushe don't look like yours, even when i made all the necessary changes that are in the site. Your brushe is very thin in the extremes. How can i put mine like this? I think that makes an elegant line! *-* I can download it anywhere?
