Storm Racing Jolteon — Description
A Jolteon playing with a kite, racing around and kicking up a lot of electricity into the air, causing a small lightning storm to follow in its wake.

My 4th Eeveelution and only 5 more to go! I based this drawing off my husky when she has the zoomies, running around the backyard, looking crazy lol. Overall, this Jolteon looks cool and like a speed demon.
