WIP Reworking Fuzz — Description

Reworking one of my oldest characters Fuzz the baby dragon. I've gotten so attached to Daydream that I want to take some aspects from them and put them into Fuzz.
I've had Fuzz for over 20 years so trying to rename him is going to be impossible. Fuzz can still be short for Fuzzy Daydream.
I wasn't sure if I should make him a water dragon, ice dragon, or electric one for a long time.
So he will be cemented in as a water dragon. Covered in tiny tentacles instead of fur. These are anemone like or kind of like those little ball toys with lots of little rubbery strings. When he gets older they'll be able to give a small zap to things.
So technically water and electric. But no power breath. His adult "wings" will be fine like a flying fish

I want to create a version of all of my characters different for whatever world that fits them best.
Daydream was already planned to be an alternate version of Fuzz, but ironically started developing even more character than fuzz as I took part in Wyngro.
But all of this art for wyngro has really made me want to develop my own characters more too.
These are only some ideas but I think they're helping me develop the final version.
