Description
This is an image of my reincarnations of Power Rangers Turbo comparing the original Rangers from their shows and my personal choices of several anime characters from anime shows I enjoy, as well of why I chose them as specific rangers, basing on similarities of appearances, personalities, skills, positions, colors, connections, relationships and personal backgrounds as well of making some brand new connections and relationships similar to the original Power Rangers with the ones I've chosen. I also made the ones from the originals that had more than one ranger designation into separate identities, so it makes perfect sense when all rangers are together eg. like in Power Rangers Super Megaforce finale "The Legendary Battle".
I gave Blue Senturion and Phantom Ranger identities since they pilot zords and they act a lot like rangers.
Red Turbo Ranger I: Thomas "Tommy" Oliver - Sam Speed (from "Sonic X")
Comparison: Sam is also a well-known champion car racer like Tommy was during his time as Red Turbo Ranger. Sam also the leader of the Speed Team like Tommy was in "Power Rangers Turbo".
Blue Turbo Ranger: Justin Stewart - Matt (from "Zoids: Fuzors")
Comparison: Both Justin and Matt are both headstrong and determined young boys that wear blue and have similar backgrounds about their mums died from illness and their fathers having a hard time being with them.
Green Turbo Ranger I: Adam Park - Steven Stone (from "Pokémon: Advanced")
Comparison: Like Adam, Steven is deep and resourceful mostly as the Hoenn Region Champion similar to Adam being a Martial Artist.
Yellow Turbo Ranger I: Tanya Sloan - Scarlet Garcia (from "Sonic X")
Comparison: From being a TV news reporter, Scarlet is very resourceful and smart like Tanya, specifically when she became the KAGV radio station host.
Pink Turbo Ranger I: Kathrine "Kat" Hillard - Kidd Summers (from "Pokémon: Robots in Disguise")
Comparison: Matching Kat's graceful, big-hearted, strong, agile, courageous, brave, kind and loyal persona, Kidd has those traits as well for being a world-renowned multi-record-breaking adventurer and celebrity, as well as being true to her duties helping others, especially friends just like Kat does.
Blue Senturion: Blue Senturion - Captain DJ O'Connell (from "Zoids: Chaotic Century")
Comparison: Blue Senturion and O'Connell are very skilled and dedicated officers in their own forces of maintaining peace and order for all of good.
Red Turbo Ranger II: Theodore Jay "T.J." Jarvis Johnson - Paul (from "Sonic X" comics)
Comparison: Most like T.J., Paul is dark-skinned and bald, with the addition of being part of the Speed Team is well suited of being the second Red Turbo Ranger.
Green Turbo Ranger II: Carlos Vallerte - Taichi "Tai" Kamiya (from "Digimon Adventure" & "Digimon Adventure 02")
Comparison: Both Carlos and Tai started out as obnoxious, impulsive, cocky soccer players, but over time during their adventures as chosen heroes they became loyal and caring individuals and team players (leader for Tai as a Digidestined) and even mentors.
Yellow Turbo Ranger II: Ashley Hammond - Dawn (from "Sonic X" comics)
Comparison: Ashley and Dawn appear alike somewhat mostly their skin tone and facial expressions. Like Sam and Paul, she is also a member of the Speed Team as an added bonus for being a Turbo Ranger and Yellow be fitting with her blond hair.
Pink Turbo Ranger II: Cassie Chan - Roxanne (from "Pokémon: Advanced")
Comparison: Compared to Cassie's Asian qualities mainly her long black hair and most her styles, Roxanne's style is very similar, and they both can be tough when in their separate types of battle.
Phantom: Phantom Ranger - Raven (from "Zoids: Chaotic Century")
Reason: Since Raven was originally a dark character and started out as a mystery before he reformed near the end of "Zoids: Chaotic Century", it is well suited for him to be described similar to that of a phantom.
