Here's another unused NPC I designed for my video game Start Over. My group actually came up with him early on and really wanted to include him. Unfortunately situations came up and we couldn't include him in the current version of the game. He is a sapient amalgamation of dolphins and octopuses who gave himself cybernetic implants to enhance his capabilities. He acts as a doctor who heals the players after level run-throughs and if provided certain resources will upgrade the player's health, stamina, and provide items that restore both. Imagine his voice and personality being a lot like the tenth doctor from Doctor Who.Star Over is available for free download: artgl.itch.io/start-over
