Midnight sky - study — Description
This MV of Miley Cyrus 's song Midnight Sky still lives rent free in my mind. I just love the bold colors and the overall vibe. This frame in particular tickled my fancy: that leggu sticking out? the dress? The disco globes and plastic animals? Absolutely love it. So here's a study of it. I did record myself painting this so once this seasonal depression eases a bit I'll hop back to youtube.

Meanwhile I'm cleaning up my WIP folder either by finishing up pieces or deciding they've lived their purpouse as sketches or benching them till I lvl up my skills to my desired standards (which are ridiculously high ofc). I recommend doing this if your wip folder is overwhelming. It'll suck to "give up" on pieces, but you gain nothing from agonizing about them each time you open your folder. Give yourself a break and allow your new pieces space to breathe~
