Dirty Dancer — Description

It took me hours g_g
Sooo, this is another failure of me portraying people. I had drawing Patrick Swayze in my mind for a long time already. His stubble killed my brain. I totally gave up on making pretty shading, because I simply can't do it, so I just did the basic shades and added halftones. I really like how it turned out, though.

I tried to mix realism with manga style. Did I accomplish my goal? You judge.

Man, is Dirty Dancing epic.

I'm sorry if it doesn't look too terribly nice, it's resized to 500 x 666 px from 1500 x 2000 OTL
I am not uploading the original size, because this supposed to be a big poster for my mom. I planned drawing Patrick for Mother's Day, but I was a bad procrastinating daughter >8U

So, it's for you Mom! [even if you totally don't understand English, I still love you]

I hope my messy lines did the justice of Patrick Swayze's awesomeness
