Heavy Hit Reception Animation (Mid) — Description

This happens when Maria takes hits from certain combo moves or specific heavy attacks aimed right at her torso (straight into the gut).
When she's got her armor on, the blow's unpleasant but she can grit it out - in the animation, I wanted to capture that, plus how her body reacts under the thick plating: it shakes and bounces back like jelly under the impact.
But once she's stripped of protection, those hits turn into pure agony for her - straight-up critical, dishing out massive damage. That's why I animated her belly caving in deep like a rubber ball, bulging out on the sides from the crushing pressure.
