  Personality: Dont let his deadpan voice AND expression fool you! he is just a big and friendly man underneath all that heavy equipment and sickly looking skin, he is pretty emotional yet he can't express any

   Element Usage: Rixan's controlls this cleaning supply in a few ways :

           Bleach squirt: He can spit a squirt of bleach from his mouth , it covers 20 feet of distance,bleach can cause damage ,aswell minor skin irritating or make wounds worse if the enemy was already injured before

           Chemical touch: Because of his body being toxic due to his element and not being able to fully control it at the moment ,his skin can irritate within contact ,this is a passive effect so he has to take the gloves off first in order to work,the head is the only region that's not affected by this effect

   Overal Drawbacks with the element usage:

  The bleach squirt will cause him nausea if it is overused for too much ,so he has a cooldown at 10 uses per battle ,taking a short while to recover from being dizzy

   He can't control his powers ,so he has to wear that suit all the time in order to keep everyone around him safe from him
