This is a visual of soldier in the ██████ Crisis and pre-War Against Brother. Nothing much to tell about this, since it's self explanatory and you as viewers can assume by yourself about what you are looking.
The soldier himself is a former UN Peacekeepers but as the time goes on and the Crisis became much more worser, it dissolved United Nations and and almost every single nations and state all around the world. The humanity is now fighting for their own with no one to help, at least not yet. The humans initiate a guerrilla warfare and adapting with the new conditions of their life then a Φ Symbol is born, the symbol of Humanity Resistances.
Its just a matter of time for humanity to survive and prevailed.
