Interplanetary Systems Alliances — Description
Interplanetary Systems Alliances (or known as ISA) was a coalition of star systems free from the grasp of United Nations of Earth's (UniEarth) control formed after the victorious civil war of Martian colonists against UniEarth Mars (UNEM) branch. the UNEM was to be held liability entirely on their own, and from the surface, appeared as a simply good but strict government whose authority did not answer to UniEarth Terra branch.

Mars was a home to the UniEarth-established colony named New Hope, with the hidden agenda of its director to test the dictatorship system on civilian populaces, should it ever to be used on Earth in the direst circumstance in order to prevent countries from waging war with other which would result in the inevitable nuclear war that would wipe Earth civilization out. Needless to speak, the event eventually escalated into civil war after some decades involving bloody battle and the indiscriminate killings of civilians made by UNEM. The bloody civil war ended with UNEM completely disintegrated.

The victory proved to be the turning point in UniEarth's superiority in politic control as Mars seceded from UniEarth's grasp and establish the first-ever space alliance not subservient to UniEarth, the Interplanetary Systems Alliance (ISA) as a show of power and secession from UniEarth control. Despite UniEarth Terra branch claims of not having any involvement in the civil war, the blatant name of UniEarth Mars on the building was clear.

As a result, ISA held huge grudge toward UniEarth and showed notable resentment to its Earth residents (often countries) due to both UniEarth's devious scheme to control Earth population and the countries who were the driving force of Earth Government. However the grudge, they refused to allow their anger repeat the unfair mistake of what UniEarth did to their citizens again.

Despite this, ISA retained a surprisingly healthy relationship with Mahanakorn nation thanks to its intervention against UNEM as they tried to protect Martians civilians from the slaughter by UNEM troops who suspected civilians to collaborate with so-called 'terrorists' - Which seemed to at least act as a guarantee for ISA that 'every Earth nation couldn't be that bad like UniEarth themselves'. The decisive call was only made possible thanks to UniEarth Terra having given Mahanakorn a small exclusive piece of sovereign land on Mars totally out of UNEM jurisdiction during the construction of New Hope Colony, in which Mahanakorn aided in colony construction and atmospheric terraforming. The embassy soil effectively became only safe haven for the colonists during the civil war.

However ISA relationship with Mahanakorn nation of Earth, the cold war between ISA and UniEarth had already begun. The year was A.D. 2240.

ISA 'appearance' appeared as an affront to UniEarth's control of human civilization. The 'more free' newborn star government called for secession of planets from UniEarth control through non-violent ways, which eventually saw massive numbers of planets straying away from UniEarth control, who had no choice but to allow them else facing political repercussion from Earth nations and the ISA themselves. The secession came with braindrain and technology drain that saw ISA quickly built up to become superpower Superstate nation to become as big as UniEarth as of 23th Century.

By the end of A.D. 2300, ISA had planets under its sovereignty more than UniEarth, with its core planet sitting right directly in the Solar System controlled almost entirely by UniEarth themselves but the aforementioned planet. This proved to be the critical point in UniEarth's eyes who had been the forefront organization in humanity for over two hundred years

In order to upkeep its political power and grasp on Earth and space civilization politics, UniEarth was forced to declare war against ISA.

And thus began the first Intergalactic war in human history that would befall United Earth Government, the ISA-UniEarth War.
