The Reichenbach Fall — Description
Watercolor, ink and some editing in Photoshop.

This is my version of the final confrontation between Moriarty and Holmes, based on the modern update of Sherlock Holmes' adventures (Sherlock BBC). The second season has not been released yet but the Reichenbach storyline is included. So I'm geeking out and speculating about possible outcomes with fan art while I wait.

The original tale (The Final Problem) had the Great Detective tumbling over a waterfall in Switzerland while grappling with the Napoleon of Crime. That is, until Holmes returned in The Adventure of the Empty House.

This version from my imagination is more urban, modern and deadly. Survival is a possible I suppose. But it will certainly be a spectacular, bloody conclusion.

I don't own any of the faces, images, etc. This is just my inner-fangirl having some fun.
