The F22 Raptor. This is a photo manipulation then "painted" using Photoshop CS4.

I used a mix of cloud photos found on the internet many years ago to make a good blend for the back ground. After a little trial and error, fine tuning and "painting" with cloud brushes I then sketched an outline for the Raptor. I found some good reference photos from the USAF site and some of my own to stitch a reference then "paint" the plane.

When finished I did a little lens flare at the top and color correction because I thought it was too blue and to help create a mood to the piece.

Total time: 12 hours
