Description
I've had a few people ask me to do a tutorial. In order to do glows myself I turned to yaoi-dealer [link] because I admire her artwork so much. But basically, credit to her for helping me along in my art and to be able to do art and glowing myself.
Enjoy this simple and easy to use tutorial on SAI Luminosity effects!
