Description
Is a decent recreation of Weather Control battle too much to ask? Decent, as in better than this: www.moddb.com/mods/insolence/vā¦Anyway. I tried to make it as epic and busy as I could, it was inspired by soviet museum dioramas (example ) and also completely painted in SAI.
Edit: WIP shots
