Mario Cat finished — Description
Dear dear jesus... this thing has taken me like close to a month now from start to finish... but... it is done!
I'm calling this piece Mario Cat and it is based on a dream i had about a month and a half ago... yes... this is the way my brainmeats operate at night sometime
anywhos... i had this crazy dream based on the Nintendo 64 version of Mario Cart and it involved my old cat, JinX, and my current kitty, Cricket, in a high stakes series of Go Kart races with some familiar MArio characters along with a shit ton, and i do mean shit ton!, of other world characters... after i woke up from the dream i quickly began writing down all of the characters i could recall appearing in dreamy time... and this pic is the result... it took a week or so of gathering ref materials and sketching out the ones i hadnt drawn yet and then another few days of mapping out where i wanted everyone to be
whew!
then... as always- i screwed up some inking and had to redraw a lotta the pic all over again.. but that went fairly quickly and i've spent the last few weeks colouring woo!

whew- what a fucking lonnnng list! but tis done! anyhow... i hope ya really dig this one... it was a blast to dream and then bring to paper...
and for the record- jinX cheated to win the racing circuit... and the best part of the whole thing was a tie between 1)Pinky (the ghost) dragging PAcman's decapitated head behind him for every race
2) jinX unleashing a giant Cat robot at the finale to win
3) Pinhead unleashing various hellish beasts on his opponents!
