Boo Back — Description

A new doodle and a fanart of one my fave movies and fave movie soundtracks “Queen of the Damned”! 😁
Of the one and only LESTAT 😮‍💨

True it’s not a good book adaptation but as a standalone I absolutely adore it to death haha
I wanted to draw this LESTAT for a long while especially after I drew Akasha. Some attempts were made but I never liked how it came out so it was back shelved but as my art developed a bit more I soon found him back on paper better than before haha I wanted to draw his first appearance to the band but also highlight the line “Boo Back” thus I put both together 😁

Along that I wanted to wait a bit to draw him cuz I wanted to capture the dark circles around the eyes and understand my colors first and I believe the political newspaper art style really suited him as well! Very happy how this came out it really feels from an old vintage horror comic😁

Aside from that I have to say that this man gorgeous and it was true joy to draw him and my draw his other character from The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen so keep eye out for that haha but lastly he and Aaliyah My Gad 😫 haha xD

In the end this was super fun doodle, adore how the actor Stuart Townsend portrayed this incarnation of LESTAT and perfectly cast too to match Jonathan Davis singing voice and look forward to doing more and tried something different with video too to going along with it, so well how that’ll go with other doodles 😁😎
Until then I see y’all in the next doodle xD
