Wave Reference Sheet — Description

Finally, the final of the kanto eeveelutions, Wave the vaporeon. This is another oc that me and my friend cooked up for our story.
Her love for water has led her to a loss of her lover, now wandering and trying to find him everywhere but to no avail, her friend Mystic sometimes tries to help but no luck whatsoever, but they still try.
When shes not trying to find her love, she and Mystic hang out together and do many fun activities. Maybe one day she'll find him again.
My fav eeveelution, tried to make her as nice as possible, rly loved working on her love the design
