White R. Lily sketch ref — Description

A mainly One Piece universe oc. Still working on her. I've had this character in my head for ages and I'm so glad I finally have a proper design for her. Also I know that marines wear the jacket as a cape and dont actually wear it properly but she's my oc and I want her to wear the jacket, lore be damned.
1 back story is she's a celestial dragon but when she was young she got injured and was considered useless. She bargained for her life by convincing her family that she could "redeem" herself and honor the family by joining the marines, but no one would know she used to be a celestial dragon. So she was kicked out but at least she was alive. Joined the marines and worked her way up the ranks, she doesn't actually care about the marines. Going up in the ranks allows for certain freedoms. Hunts pirates but doesn't bother with whitebeard/shanks/etc types since she doesn't see them as an actual problem for society, just a bunch of unruly adventurers. Instead she chases down the worst of the worst, be they pirate or marine.
Other backstory I have in mind is she's a street orphan who just joined up with the marines for the food, shelter and education. Better than living on the streets. Her motivation for moving up the ranks stays the same.
Not sure which one to go with.
