Hey, so I finally got to 50k WITHOUT my notes in the manuscript! *shifty eyes*
Lol, I had them in there because I panicked at the end of NaNo, but I took them out and I've been trying to do it, um, you know, *honestly*, lol, and anyway, I finally have 50,000! It's a big "yay" because I think I'm about halfway finished! Happy dance with me! 
Oh, P.S. If you want, I could clean up the first couple of chapters a little and email them to you...you'd have to be prepared for what is largely an unedited mess, though. Lol.

It's just as well, haha - I would need to take a break to edit if I was going to show it to someone right now, anyway, and I'm afraid if I unleash my inner spelling and grammar nazi (she's gagged, tied to a chair, and locked in a closet right now, lol!) before the novel is finished, I won't be able to stop. And then I'll never finish it, haha. But if or when you decide you want to check it out, let me know and I'll see what I can do. Maybe we can trade chapters or something. :*)
Are your hands still doing that whole "I'm not gonna let you do art *nefarious laugh*!" thing? That stinks. I'm not a doctor, but sometimes ibuprofen helps swelling and stuff...? Well, at any rate, I hope you feel better.

Yeah my hands are doing it a lot worse... and I take Motrin quite often but it only makes me sleepy. Doesn't really help.

Right now I'm reading Bee Season by Myla Goldberg, next up is Before Wings by Beth Goobie, and after that is The Observatory by Emily Grayson. Those are due by the 2nd, so then it'll be back to the library for the Narnia books!
